A beautifully refurbished first floor apartment on the outskirts of Elie with marvellous panoramic views. The Loft has been expertly renovated and tastefully decorated to provide an ideal base from which to enjoy all that Elie and the surrounding East Neuk villages have to offer.
The Loft, Earlsferry, benefits from plenty of outside space with a private patio and garden with children’s play area. There is ample parking space outside the property.
The apartment forms part of the upper floor of the owner’s house and has its own private entrance.

Around Elie
The East Neuk of Fife is a haven for holiday makers with some spectacular scenery.
Elie and Earlsferry have long been popular with holiday makers who are attracted by the following amenities:
- Stunning sandy beaches of which 2 hold the blue flag award for cleanliness and are patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months.
- An excellent 18 hole golf course
- The sports club which is perfect for children with a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts putting green and bowling all available on a daily or seasonal basis
- Elie Watersports which provides hire and or instruction in windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, pedal boats and inflatable rides.
- The quiet nature of Elie and Earlsferry makes for a safe environment to give children a bit of freedom.
- The ship Inn which is an award winning pub located on the harbour beach where they play cricket on a selection of Sundays throughout the summer.
- Around Elie there are also a number of very good wedding locations available.
- Elie is 12 miles from the home of golf, St Andrews and is well located for being a base to many other famous golf courses.
- Pittenweem is e working fishing village and holds a yearly art festival that is very popular in early August.
